The 41st IAHR World Congress, themed “Innovative Water Engineering for Sustainable Development,” will take place in Singapore from June 22nd to 27th, 2025. This biennial event by the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR) gathers the latest technical and scientific knowledge, trends, and innovations from the global hydro-environment community.
The event is hosted by Spain Water and IWHR, China. It focuses on the importance of innovative water engineering in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Congress will highlight expert contributions to sustainable solutions and share insights on research, technology, and innovations addressing global challenges like climate change and sea level rise.
Since the event is held during the UN’s International Decade for Action on “Water for Sustainable Development” 2018–2028, it will provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and decision-makers to share advances, identify emerging trends, and engage in discussions.
