Cvent and Maestro PMS announced an integration of Cvent’s room block management system, Cvent Passkey, with Maestro’s all-in-one Property Management System, which was showcased at Maestro PMS’s Accelerate 2024 conference from April 15-18. This integration aims to streamline hotel operations by providing hoteliers with real-time room block data to make accurate inventory and pricing decisions and enhance engagement with planners and attendees through direct room booking and upgrade options.
For hoteliers, the integration automates tasks such as room list management, maximizing pickup, and increasing RevPAR from group guests. It also enhances data security with Cvent Passkey’s built-in security features. Event planners benefit from a self-serve portal for managing rooming lists and driving pickup, while attendees gain direct access to room upgrades and additional amenities.
The integration has been positively received by prominent hotels and resorts in the U.S., improving the group booking process, enhancing data security, boosting hotel revenue, and optimizing event management.
