Cvent, the largest event technology company, introduced Cvent Instant Book for Choice’s global franchised hotels in partnership with Choice Hotels International. The direct booking integration is set to launch in Q3 of 2023. It will simplify the process for meeting planners to find and book guest rooms and meeting and event venues online at Choice Hotels properties.
Consequently, hoteliers can boost their visibility and attract more group business through Cvent’s extensive network of event planners.
Additionally, Cvent has unveiled Cvent Events+, which will leverage existing event content in a branded, on-demand video library to engage audiences and generate interest for future events. The platform works with Cvent Registration, Cvent Attendee Hub, and Cvent Webinar, simplifying event marketing and management.
Moreover, Cvent Webinar is a new webinar platform built directly on the Cvent platform. It allows users to manage both events and webinars in one place, providing a full suite of engagement tools, including live polls, Q&A with voting capabilities, audience reactions, interactive chat, and feedback surveys.
