Efcee Hotels has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Uttarakhand, paving the way for environmentally responsible hotel development in four strategic locations within the state.
The MOU signing occurred during the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit Road Show in Ahmedabad and was attended by the Honourable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Pushpaksingh Dhami, and Efcee Hotels’ CEO, Mr. Nirav Akshay Oza. Mr. Komalkant F. Sharma, Group CMD of Leela Group of Companies, emphasized the commitment to Uttarakhand’s economic growth and environmental preservation, aspiring to generate substantial employment and adhere to strict environmental principles.
The partnership aims to set benchmarks in responsible tourism and sustainable development, aligning with Uttarakhand’s ethos. The Honourable Chief Minister expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, anticipating economic growth while preserving natural heritage. The project, focusing on local employment and eco-friendly practices, is scheduled to break ground in the coming year.
