The event, taking place at Fira de Barcelona from November 28 to 30, will feature an optimized matchmaking platform with a new guidance tool called WalkMe, designed to assist exhibitors in navigating preference selection. Visitor buyers will gain access to the matchmaking platform for the first time, enabling them to schedule meetings with exhibitors prior to the show.
The Exhibitor Dashboard for the 2023 edition will allow exhibitors to measure return on investment in real-time, showing the number of profile views and leads gathered during the event. Additionally, a new registration provider, Iceni Event Solutions, will streamline the visitor registration process and introduce an automated certification tool to track session attendance and provide progress overviews after the event.
