The matchmaking platform now incorporates WalkMe, a guidance tool assisting exhibitors through the preference selection process when searching for and requesting appointments with key buyers.
Visitor buyers can now use the matchmaking platform to schedule meetings with exhibitors before the event. A new Exhibitor Dashboard allows exhibitors to track return on investment in real-time, monitoring event profile views and total leads gathered.
IBTM World is partnering with Iceni Event Solutions for registration and the launch of an automated certification tool that tracks individual session attendance and provides a post-event overview.
