The IEEE Magnetics Society’s Conference Executive Committee (CEC) is seeking proposals for the 2027 Intermag Conference to be hosted in the Asia/Pacific region. As the flagship annual magnetics conference sponsored by the Magnetics Society of IEEE, Intermag is a premier event covering all facets of pure and applied magnetism.
With an anticipated attendance of around 1200 Ph.D.s and candidates in engineering and physics globally, it has been a key conference for over sixty years. The established rotation for Intermag sites is Americas–Europe–Asia/Pacific since 2016.
The Asia/Pacific region has recently hosted Intermag in cities like Beijing (2015), Singapore (2018), and Sendai (2023), emphasizing its significance in advancing magnetism research on an international scale.
