Meliá Hotels International has completed a substantial renovation of the Meliá Hanoi, a 306-room hotel in Vietnam, as part of its expansion plans. The extensive renovation covered various aspects of the hotel, including its top suites, meeting spaces, fitness areas, and food and beverage offerings. Meliá Hanoi aims to position itself as a premier gastronomic and meetings destination in Hanoi.
The hotel boasts impressive meeting facilities, including two ballrooms and ten function rooms, with a total capacity for up to 1,200 guests. The Level Meeting Room, exclusively available to The Level guests, now features new furnishings and improved ergonomic chairs. The MICE areas, including the Grand Ballroom and Thang Long Ballroom, have been revamped with new carpets, furniture, and a fresh interior design.
In addition to meeting spaces, the hotel’s top suites, the Grand Suite and Presidential Suite, have been upgraded with state-of-the-art entertainment systems and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views. The fitness centre has been redesigned with new cardio equipment, and the open-air swimming pool now features a new deck.
Furthermore, Meliá Hanoi has enhanced its food and beverage offerings, with Garbo Bar in the lobby serving Spanish-inspired afternoon tea, Mosaico offering Mediterranean cuisine, and Cham Restaurant (formerly El Oriental Restaurant) set to serve Cantonese dim sum and Asian noodle dishes with an experienced chef at the helm. The Ministry of Men, a cocktail bar and luxury barbershop, adds a unique touch to the hotel’s offerings.
