Savitri Sales Private Limited has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to open the upscale Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It is scheduled to open by February 2027 and is expected to create more than 120 jobs in Varanasi.
Located in the Katesar area, the hotel will offer picturesque views of Varanasi’s popular ghats and easy access to key transportation hubs. It will feature 100 guest rooms with upscale amenities, including a double-height lobby lounge, dining options, a wellness spa over the two acres. Moreover, it will include an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness area, and versatile meeting and event spaces, including a party lawn area.
