The 20th IFSES World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery is scheduled to take place from October 23-26, 2024, at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata. The Theme of the congress will be, “Continuum of Surgery- Envision the Future”. This congress will run concurrently with the 22nd Annual Congress of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons (IAGES), and it promises to be a significant event in the field of endoscopic surgery.
Building on the success of recent WCES events in Barcelona (2021), Busan (2022), and Cartagena de Indias (2023), IFSES returns to Asia to offer a high-level scientific meeting, fostering knowledge exchange and camaraderie among surgeons worldwide, all in the welcoming atmosphere of India.
