The 15th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion, Safety 2024, will be held in Delhi, India, from September 2 to 4, 2024. The event is hosted in partnership with WHO Collaborating Centers in India.
The 2024 theme “Emerging Challenges in Injury Prevention: Transformation and Resilience for a Safer World,”, promotes a “co-design” and “co-benefit” agenda. Thus, researchers and practitioners can look beyond injury or violence prevention to inclusive and broader actions that affect the environment. The conference will also promote continued effort and advance the field in view of recent developments in urbanization, digitalization, and automation.
Tailored workshops will be introduced to include the youth at all levels of the organization and build their capacity. International visitors would also experience India’s bustling metropolis, apart from gaining knowledge from the event.
